How do I personalize my bath and bodycare?

How do I select my fragrance?

We offer a wide range of natural fragrances and essential oils to choose from. Most of them are fairly popular. We have tried to divide them in categories to make it simpler for you. If you are confused, please feel free to consult us at +91 9953775095.

What are the delivery charges?

There is a delivery charge of Rs 99.00 for orders to be delivered within India.

Is COD available?

Yes. If your order is above 1000 you can avail Cash on Delivery.
Once you place your order, an official confirmation is sent to you via email within the next 24 hours on the next working day. Make sure to check your spam folder in case you do not find it and mark the mail “not spam”.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept the following modes of payment – debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery

How long will the delivery take?

It takes 24-48 working hours to dispatch the product and 4-7 working days to deliver the product. We are unable to entertain requests to deliver products on particular days or timings as we depend on third parties for logistics. In case of urgent orders, you can try your luck at +91 8448625955.

What happens after ordering?

  • We process your order and pack it. This usually happens within 48 hours of order confirmation.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number along with the name of the logistics provider.
  • In most cases this will be Delhivery for Cash-on-delivery orders and Bluedart or India Post (for non-serviceable areas) for prepaid orders.You will be able to log on to their respective websites to track your order.
  • Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days.
  • We are unable to entertain requests to deliver products on particular days or timings as we depend on third parties for logistics

Do I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes this is attached with the order-confirmation-email sent to you after order placement and also included with the actual package that you will receive.

Are Wldflwr Ntrls products certified organic?

Wldflwr Ntrls products are not certified organic. We are too small a company to afford to become certified or have our products certified.

Our labels indicate organic content. When we use the term "organic" we mean it is certified organic or sourced from farmers directly or grown in our own gardens without the use of chemicals.

Some of the products we make contain 100% certified organic ingredients and would definitely qualify. Some products contain some certified organic ingredients, but not all (shampoos and cleansers). Not all ingredients are available in organic form, or are eligible to be certified.

We choose certified organic ingredients whenever possible. Occasionally the certified organic version of an ingredient is available but so expensive as to put it out of our grasp. We try to make reasonable decisions, balancing a desire to be organic with a desire to be priced within reach of our pocketbooks and yours.

Can I return an item I ordered?

If you are using a product for the first time and are not happy with it, we will be happy to exchange or refund within the first 30 days after a quick call to understand your reasons. This is a part of our constant endevour to improve the brand.

If there is something wrong with the product, give us a call and we will replace it or make a full refund. We may ask you to return the product (at our expense) so that we can determine what went wrong and how to correct the problem. Unopened, unused products may be returned if purchased in error. Shipping costs for returns must be paid for by the purchaser. Routinely, store credit will be provided. If you prefer a refund, call and we will collect the information necessary to do so.
